From its offices in Uxbridge, West London, ARRI’s UK team offers full consultancy and service support for all ARRI products across Camera Systems and Lighting as well as our dedicated Solutions division. ARRI UK’s highly experienced consultancy team and dedicated technical support department based on-site, providing high-quality customer care, advice, and product repairs. Also, a clean room will be available for sensor cleaning and filter assembly.
ARRI UK has long-established connections within the UK film industry. The team regularly hosts events for customers, user groups, and industry bodies at our offices. A new creative space, purposely designed and outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, is a perfect area for workshops and tests as well as an ideal meeting place for industry friends to network and explore. The creative space also allows for the expansion of training courses under the ARRI Academy banner to the benefit of industry associations.
ARRI Rental UK is also based on the Highbridge estate, providing a convenient, comprehensive service for production companies and filmmakers working with ARRI and third-party equipment.
Uxbridge is also home to ARRI Stage London, an advanced virtual production studio that caters to high-quality features, episodic television, and commercial projects. The 708 m² stage, a collaboration between ARRI, ARRI Rental, and Creative Technology, has also been designed to test, streamline, and refine virtual production workflows in a real-world studio environment.
