What is the Frame Line & Lens Illumination Tool?

ARRI's Frame Line & Lens Illumination Tool (FLLIT, currently Version 5.2) is a two-in-one webtool for creating custom frame lines for ARRI cameras and a verifying tool to see how different lenses illuminate the cameras' sensor, your selected recording format or target aspect ratio.

Please delete your browser cache from time to time to ensure you are running the latest version of the tool.

Known issues we are working on:

  • wrong preview for ALEXA 35 and 3.3K 6:5 - 3.3K (3328x2790) with Lens Squeeze 2.0
  • wrong behavior of 'Anamorphic Desqueeze' function for ALEXA 35 and 3.3K 6:5 - 4K 2.39:1 Ana 2x
  • wrong frame line sizing for frame line B & C when activating multiple frame lines and anamorphic lens squeezes for ALEXA 35
  • outside shading not identical to camera outside shading for ALEXA 35
